We train teams of leaders and future leaders across an organization, most typically to increase team performance, reduce staff turnover, and drive good culture. We specialize in supporting technical leaders to become skilled leaders people and teams, using The Breakthrough Co’s Active Manager Program.

With 15 years’ experience with and on Not-for-Profit and start-up boards, we are familiar with many of the common challenges faced by boards, and by Executive Directors with Voluntary Board Members.
